Is it possible to create 15-20 break reminder videos then use a bot to post one randomly at a set frequency? For example, every hour 1 of the 20 videos is chosen at random and uploaded.

Great question, and that was in line with my initial strategy (assuming you mean that I use a fixed pool of only 15-20 videos total, and don't refresh). But first off, there's no official API I could use to do this as far as I know. I could do scheduling through the GUI of the web version, but there's a limit on how far out you can schedule. More importantly, I found out that TikTok penalizes content that you upload more than once, to incentivise people to create fresh content every time. I'm going to keep an eye on this though, since what you suggest was the original breakreminder.org dream. I even considered buying a Cameo video of a celebrity telling people to get off TikTok and simply posting that over and over again.

Wow, I really should have done a simple Google! There is an API for this! Going to look into the restrictions and whether it's viable

Also, if I use the API, I can find some way to programmatically change the content of the videos so they are unique every time - could be really interesting to test

Sounds like you're describing a NFT art approach, mostly the same thing (apes) but with slight variations (hats, jewelry, etc.) to create many outputs from few variable options.

Yes! In video format. Have you done this kind of thing before? Would be super open to suggestions or collaboration!

I've not done anything like this before but I have been looking to improve my technical skills with programming. This could be interesting to add to my current projects. Happy to discuss whenever, feel free to DM on here.
